Pocito is the first mixed-use development in Córdoba and is located in a property of exceptional characteristics. Because of these two conditions, we foresee that the project will make a great contribution to the urban development of Córdoba, revaluing and integrating the Güemes and Nueva Córdoba neighbourhoods, and boost the growth of the city’s young disctrict.

Its pure lines and materiality turn the building into a reflecting and shifting mass during the day, and an attractive light source at night.The 106-meter high towers emerge from the base as sculptural elements of simple geometry that play with the sunlight in the urban landscape/on the urban skyline.

DUO Towers. Córdoba, Argentina. 2024.

The DUO project is located within the property of the Córdoba Shopping Center; this sinergy turns DUO into a “mixed-use” project. The project consists of two 14-floor free-perimeter residential towers that lie over a green slope that covers two parking levels.

DUO’s ideal client is people from the northern area of the city that, due to family dynamics, seek to move from out their house to an apartment, while remaining in the area and near the usual amenities, without having to commit to its maintenance.

DUO’s 174 units are 1 and 2-bedrooms. They all have floor-to-ceiling carpentry, providing natural lighting, wide spaces/spacial amplitude overlooking the city and the mountains. Their typology is “American”, with a kitchen integrated into the living-dining room and suite bedrooms on each side.

Themenities are located on the top floor of each building, with spectacular 360° views.

Plaza OCAMPO Plaza/Square. Villa María, Córdoba, Argentina. 2022.

Plaza Ocampo was conceived as a new reference point in the city of Villa María, as part of an urban renovation process, in which this mixed-use complex would be integrated into the existing square and promenade system of the city,

The project closely connects with the current urban situation of the city: acrossthe Parque de la Vida, with the railroad tracks on/to one side and a residential neighbourhood on/to the other.

The project’s axis is the Plaza Cívica, which is pitched as an institutional space that is part of an extension of the park in front. The Plaza enhances the pedestrian routs and complements the space of the sector for the carrying out of community/social and cultural events.

The project is located at the corner of Bv. 9 de Julio and Calle Florentino Ameghino in the city of San Francisco.

The proposed building has an L-shaped design and is located over the Líneas Municipales of each street. It consists of a foundation of a ground floor and a first floor that occupy 90% of the terrain. A 12-floor tower plus a crown level on Bv. 9 de Julio articulated with five terraced floors over Calle Florentino Ameghino.

Something particular about this project is that every department’s typology has an “American format”, meaning that they all have suite bedrooms. The 2 and 3-bedroom typologies have a living-dining room located along the street, which provide a continuity of expansions on the front of the building that gives the whole formal movement and the posibility of incorporating green infrastructure/greenery.

With regard the proposed materials, they are all of a high level of finish and performance, exposed reinforced concrete with metal formwork on beams and slab edges, gray brick masonry with screened and sealed joints, railings and skins of anodized aluminum tubes and black aluminum carpentry.
